Return - Warranty Policies
- Your merchandise must be returned in its original new condition
- Your return must be requested by phone at (800) 440-5556 (details below).
- You will be responsible for delivery and return shipping costs.
- Orders over $100.00 will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Returns
You may return any unopened, unused item for up to 30 days after delivery. Simply call our Customer Service staff at (800) 440-5556 (6am to 5pm , PST). You will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which must be visible on the outside of the box or the return will not be accepted.
Important:
All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. Refunds are administered based on the condition of the returned items. Products must be in the original packaging and must not have been installed.
Please note that refunds are made as follows:
100% Refund - Unopened or opened box, and everything, including product and packaging, is in exact original condition. For orders over $100.00 there is a 20% restocking fee.
No Refund - Opened box, product shows signs of wear. Items missing, damaged, dirty, and bent or not working or item appears to have been installed. This includes any scratches or marks on product (screws or screw holes), wires bent or cut, etc. We will be as fair as possible in determining the condition of the product. If we find your return is not acceptable, you have the option to pay a shipping charge and have the item sent back to you.
Note: that some items are sold with promotional Free Shipping programs. You will be responsible for the actual delivery cost and return shipping fees incurred in returns and exchanges.
For a shipping damage return, If your order arrives damaged please call us immediately at 1-800-440-5556. Keep the original inner and outer packaging for the delivery driver to inspect for claim purposes. Once the delivery driver inspects the damaged package, we will reship your order for you at no cost to you and also make arrangements for the damaged merchandise to be returned to us.
Deliveries refused will be handled the same as a return.
For all returns, original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

It is strongly recommended that you insure returned items. You are responsible for filing a shipping claim should a return item be lost or damaged in transit. We suggest using a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with tracking services and proof of delivery.
